These terms apply when you buy from Ember & Oak Jewelry through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we can't ship to your address; any payment is then refunded in full.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. You can pay by in person when you pick up or receive your order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns and refunds policy, both on this website.

Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and handmade or natural products can vary a little from piece to piece.

Your account and reviews

Please keep your details accurate. Reviews you post must be honest and about your own experience. We don't remove reviews because they're negative, but we may remove ones that are offensive, off-topic or fake.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ember & Oak Jewelry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

Disputes are subject to the courts in our home state.
